Magna community services

Our community services team offers support to the whole West Somerset. We can make a personal visit or provide contact on the telephone according to our customers’ needs. We can offer help with:

• Reading mail
• Security and safety checks at home
• Benefit forms and maximising income
• Or just a friendly visit to check all is well

Our team can liaise with doctors, hospitals and adult social care to provide support with:

• Preparing meals
• Shopping
• Booking appointments
• Transport
• and more...

Community support is available to elderly or vulnerable people, people with disabilities and people with long term illnesses across West Somerset.

You don’t need to be one of our tenants to benefit from community support.
