You could report your repair on line by using the online services.
Alternatively you could email mwsrepairs@magna.org.ukOr write to the Technical and Property Services Department, Magna West Somerset Housing Association Ltd, Units 2a and 2b, Roughmoor Industrial Estate, Williton, Somerset, TA4 4RF.
When reporting a repair you’ll need to give us the following information:
* Your name
* Your address
* A daytime telephone number
* Times when someone will be at home to enable our staff to visit
* As much detailed information about the repair as possible
Please let us know if you consider yourself to be elderly or vulnerable, or if you consider yourself to have a disability or other special needs.
