Cyclical decorating 5 year programme

Magna West Somerset carries out external decorating to its properties in a 5-year cycle.

 EAch annual contract runs according to the financial year, April to April.

The table below shows the area where Magna intend to carry-out external decorating for the next 5 years.

Magna has acquired a number of old and new properties over the past few years.  These have needed to be 'shoe-horned' into this 5-year cycle.

In order to keep the yearly decorating contracts to a feasible and manageable size, and to take account of the overdue decorating periods some of these acquisitions are in, some areas have had to be split to accommodate this.
