Rent
The income management team works with tenants and leaseholders to collect rent, service charges, leasehold charges, legal costs and former tenant arrears.
The housing services team offers help and assistance with a number of money matters including rent payments and arrears. Contact the team to discuss any issues and to arrange repayment agreements in order to avoid any breach of tenancy.
Rent collection free weeks for 2011 - 2012 are 4th April 2011, 19th December 2011, 26th December 2011 and 26th March 2012.
