We provide and manage good quality housing in the south west of England. Our homes are for people who can’t afford to buy the accommodation they need on the open housing market.
MWS has homes across North Devon, Mid-Devon, Sedgemoor, Taunton Deane and West Somerset. MHA operates in Dorset, Devon and Somerset.
We work in partnership with local authorities where we have housing stock. They’re responsible for letting the properties that we own to new tenants. If you’re not an existing Magna tenant, you should contact the local authority in the area that you wish to live to see if you’re eligible to join their housing register.
