The area you live in is important to us. MWS has homes across Somerset and parts of Devon and our housing officers are spread across local areas to make sure we can give you a local and responsive service. Your housing officer is local to you and available for any questions you may have.
Our one stop housing service covers the whole area to ensure our specialist team can deal with your questions and needs quickly and appropriately.

Our standards
We are currently working with our tenant-led Tenancy and Neighbourhood Management Group to develop a set of standards for tenancy and neighbourhood management.
We aim to have these standards in place by the end of this year.
