The service means we can answer your queries, give advice, and provide information for you as quickly as possible without the need for an appointment or referral to another member of staff.
The service is provided by the person who greets you at the front desk of our office at St Peter's House in Williton, or who you speak to on the telephone.
You can use the service by calling into our offices, or telephoning during our normal office opening hours.
