Extra care housing is provided at Silvermead, Alcombe, on the edge of Minehead, at Ingrams Meadow at Watchet, and Lodge Close, Wellington, all owned and managed by us.
Applicants must be referred to Somerset Direct for an assessment.

Allocation is not based on housing need alone, but on the need for care and support.
Applications will be followed up by an assessment carried out by the scheme manager and a social worker.
An offer of a tenancy is made to those who will benefit most from specialist accommodation, and additional support provided by staff. |
