Working groups
We currently have three working groups that meet regularly to look at services we provide, and how they can be improved.
They are:
• Sheltered housing focus group;
• Repairs and maintenance monitoring group;
• Tenancy and neighbourhood management group.
When required, we also set up short-term working groups to look at specific issues.
We have recently launched a tenants' "Mystery Shopper" project, in conjunction with our sister association, Magna Housing Association based in Dorchester, with tenants from both MWS and MHA signed up as "shoppers" across our combined areas.
