How to apply

We work in partnership with local authorities where we have housing stock. They’re responsible for letting the properties that we own to new tenants. If you’re not an existing Magna tenant, you should contact the local authority in the area that you wish to live to see if you’re eligible to join their housing register.

If you’re an existing Magna tenant you can apply for a transfer or, under some circumstances you may be able to buy your home.

If you’re homeless, or threatened with homelessness, you should contact the local authority as they have a duty to provide housing advice and may be able to provide you with some form of temporary accommodation.
