We need to know your views

People living in Magna West Somerset Housing Association (MWS) homes are being asked what they think about the services they receive.
A survey has been sent to all Magna’s properties and the results will be used to influence and improve the association’s work in the future.
MWS director Tony Murray said: “The independent survey is carried out by Magna every two years. It is a standardised satisfaction survey, which means we can compare ourselves against other registered providers of social housing.
“It also enables us to show the social housing regulator, the Tenant Services Authority, how we are doing.
“Most of all, though, it provides us with a snapshot of what our residents really think about our services and helps us to do better.
“We really encourage all our residents to send their forms in and tell us as honestly as possible what they think, because their views really will make a difference.”
The survey takes five to 10 minutes to complete and residents can return it by freepost. The closing date for returned questionnaires is 25 June.
