Satisfaction with the lettings process

To make sure that the people we re-house are satisfied with the overall service and are happy with their new homes, we survey new tenants to find out their feelings.  To do this we ask new tenants a number of questions.  The responses are the results of a postal survey of general needs and sheltered lettings.  The survey is undertaken one month after the tenants have moved in.
